The Blue Horizon Villa & Suites comprises a maisonette and two suites. The comfortably furnished maisonette forms the heart of the complex and spans three floors. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed (two separate mattresses), as well as a study area. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are situated on the same level next to the living room. There is also a guest toilet here.

The spacious master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and a wonderful view of the breathtaking bay of Sitia, is located on the first floor. On the same floor, there is a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The wooden staircase leads to the second-floor bedroom with a single bed and a lovely terrace with two sun loungers. From there, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the sunset, the town and the surrounding countryside.

Outside there is a swimming pool (30 sq m) with crystal-clear fresh water, as well as sun loungers, a lounge shaded by a uniquely designed natural stone pergola, a built-in stone barbecue, a traditional stone oven, and a handmade marble dining table with marble benches. The garden has been generously landscaped using natural stone. Spanning a total area of 900 square metres, you will discover palm trees, herbs, blooming flowers, native plants and a rock garden featuring a collection of regional cacti and herbs. The elaborately designed night-time lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere even in the evening, perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments.

After crossing the coastal road, you reach the beautiful beach directly. There is a beach club there offering sun loungers and parasols on the beach, and it’s also a great spot for breakfast. The centre and harbour of Sitia are within easy walking distance. With the car included in the tour price, you can quickly reach the sights in eastern Crete, such as the palm-lined beach of Vai or the archaeological site and beach of Kato Zakros.

Two canoes are available free of charge, as are three bicycles and snorkelling equipment.
