Beautiful holiday resort for families
Our beautiful holiday resort Cretan Suites is perfect for families or couples who do not want to holiday in complete isolation, who enjoy socialising with other guests from time to time, but consciously avoid overcrowded tourist centres.
The resort was built a little above the magnificent Long Beach, a three-kilometre-long beach on the south coast. Even in the high season, you can always find a place here to sunbathe undisturbed and plunge into the waves. The water is of the best quality, a paradise for snorkelling! If you are looking for a change, one or two water sports stations offer their services, so you can go banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing or similar, and if the wind is right, you can also take a surfing course. The beach is only 500 metres from your apartment, but we recommend that you use your rental car (which is included in the price), otherwise the way home will be a bit exhausting, because Creta Suites is located a bit higher up. However, this has the advantage that you can enjoy a magnificent sea view from your holiday apartment!
You can choose between a studio, a one-bedroom apartment or a two-bedroom apartment, each of which will impress you with its appealing layout and extensive facilities. You can easily cater for yourself. If you would like to sit down at a set table, you can indulge yourself at the pool bar, where delicious food, drinks and ice cream are offered daily at a reasonable price. There are also some nice taverns within walking distance, some of them right on the beach.
The spacious pool is for general use, with sun loungers and shady areas available. Our guests like to meet here, it is the meeting point of the complex. The teenagers often withdraw to play billiards or table football, while for the younger guests there is a small playground and a children’s pool.
The Creta Suites Apartment are mostly chosen by guests who do not want to spend their holidays just at the beach, but also want to discover the beauties of Eastern Crete. After all, there are countless worthwhile destinations, such as unspoilt mountain villages, secluded beaches, the islands Chrissi and Koufounissi, the towns of Ierapetra, Sitia and Agios Nikolaos, dramatic gorges that beg to be explored on foot, and much more.
The warm hospitality at Creta Suites has already turned many guests into repeaters!
