Luxurious studios and maisonettes in an elevated position with panoramic views and a pool

Our new luxury apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people. They are located near the village of Agia Fotia, just 5 km from the town of Sitia and 2 km from the nearest beach. The property is situated on an elevation and thus offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area, the mountains and the sea. The accommodation offers a large outdoor pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip, parking, a safe playground for children and a barbecue area.

The brand new apartments – traditionally built of stone and wood – are very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The studios have a large double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, a living and dining area, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a terrace with sea or courtyard view. There is also space for one additional person on the sofa bed.

The maisonettes are exactly the same, but of course they are a bit bigger (55 square metres) and there is a double bed upstairs in the gallery and a single bed downstairs in the living area. Another bed can be added for an extra person.

In Sitia, you will find not only supermarkets but also a beautiful harbour promenade, cafes and taverns. With the rental car, which is already included in the price with us, you also have the opportunity not only to arrive comfortably, but also to explore the fantastically beautiful surroundings and their diversity.

There are many small taverns everywhere that are well worth visiting, with excellent Cretan cuisine, many dream beaches such as Vai, Xerokampos or Kouremenos, the monastery of Toplou is worth a visit or the old Minoan excavation site of Kato Zakros. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscape and let yourself be enchanted by the magical and powerful island and the special hospitality of the Cretans!
