Fantastic holiday home with pool, sea view and lots of privacy

This attractive, detached bungalow is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach in Tavronitis (about 250m). The house is situated in a very quiet location, with complete privacy, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small private complex (partly owner-occupied, partly holiday home rental) and is within walking distance of all amenities (taverns, coffee shops, bakers, butchers, mini/supermarkets) in the village of Tavronitis. There are two charming beach bars near the sea with a sand/pebble beach. Sun loungers and parasols are also available there for beach bar guests to use free of charge (as of summer 2019).

The holiday home, which is furnished to a very high standard and features the typical Greek blue and white colour scheme, consists of a comfortable living area, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.6x2m, 1.4x2m) and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and shower (with a proper shower screen), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) and a living room with two sofas, a 46-inch internet TV with Dolby Surround System. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dressing area, bedside tables, a four-door floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, a door leading to a terrace with an open pergola and an en-suite shower room with an electric towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a generously sized built-in wardrobe. It also has its own terrace access and a dressing table. There is also an en-suite shower room with an electric towel rail.

The north-facing main terrace is a place for outdoor living. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking. The covered pergola offers a seating area with patio furniture and an additional pavilion with a dining table. It is the ideal place for dining and drinking. The wall to the neighbour not only provides shade, but also guarantees complete privacy together with the wooden terrace gate. The entire area is tiled with natural stone floors. A staircase leads to the beautiful roof terrace with terracotta tiles. A pergola covered with a sun sail offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the Rodopos peninsula and the sunsets.

The garden features a pool with sea view, plenty of garden furniture with matching seat cushions, a wooden garden shed (for caretaker service) and a charcoal grill.

The detached house is in a very quiet and absolutely top location, only about 150 metres from the sea (100m as the crow flies) and about 650 metres (a leisurely ten-minute walk) from the village centre. Tavronitis is a traditional, quiet, small town with several taverns, a bakery, butcher, supermarkets, hairdresser, pharmacy, dry cleaner and small shops. The sand/pebble beach of Tavronitis extends to the coastal town of Kolimbari (6 km). There is a small promenade along the beach and two beach taverns. The hinterland of Tavronitis is ideal for hiking and cycling.
