The four-bedroom house impresses with its incomparable amount of space. Up to nine people can comfortably enjoy their holiday here and, if necessary, even more guests can be accommodated on sofa beds. The holiday home consists of two floors. The four bedrooms are all on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is another shared bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The spacious living, dining and kitchen area, which is almost the size of a ballroom, is located on the upper floor. The comfortable kitchen is fully equipped and leaves hardly anything to be desired. Two large dining tables and the cosy sofa corner around the fireplace create a homely atmosphere. An exceptionally large balcony leads off from the living area, where you can enjoy a stunning view all the way to the sea!

The slightly elevated pool – from here, too, you will not miss the fantastic view – is wonderfully suited for switching off for a few hours, cooling off after a trip in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying an early evening drink on the pool terrace.

In the village itself, there is a bakery, two small shops for the most necessary things and a taverna that offers wonderful Greek cuisine. Two or three kilometres in either direction from Topolia there are more tavernas and in the small town of Kissamos (15 minutes by rental car), where you can now feel the influence of tourism, you will find everything you need for your stay, including a good selection of tavernas, some of them on the pretty little promenade, and several supermarkets.
