Our beautiful holiday home is located in Ferma and is absolutely the best choice for your holiday. Only 5 minutes’ walk from the large natural beach of Livadi and not far from other numerous beautiful and clean beaches of southern Europe.

The ideal starting point to explore the southeast of the island of Crete.

The house is 64 square metres, modern and of high quality.

On the south side of the house is the Libyan Sea and on the north side is the enchanting mountain landscape. The house has air conditioning and satellite TV. The bed, pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic and anatomically made from ALOE Vera. In the bathroom, you can relax under a shower with a hydro-massage function.

Books, board games, free parking and a brochure for you, which contains all the important information, are available.

Ferma is a small, quiet place not far from the lively little town of Ierapetra. From Ferma you can reach many beautiful small bays and beaches where you can sometimes even be completely alone.

Ferma and the neighbouring villages offer numerous taverns serving excellent Cretan food.

Visit, for example, the Long Beach in Koutsounari or further east the village of Makri Gialos with its long beach, a small harbour and a long beach promenade.

The east of Crete offers many attractions that you can explore in a relaxed and free way with your rental car.
