Authentic Crete – superb holiday apartment by the sea!

These are two separate holiday apartments on a shared property. They are very tastefully decorated in a traditional Cretan style and are situated in an idyllic location near the resort of Makrigialos. Our holiday home offers the possibility of accommodating both a large group of 8 people and two different parties of four people each. The holiday apartments are located on top of each other; the upper one is accessed via an external staircase.

Each holiday apartment has 80 square metres of living space. The apartment on the lower floor is wheelchair accessible and is otherwise identical to the upper floor in terms of construction, furnishings and quality. Tastefully and luxuriously furnished, bright and friendly, these pretty apartments offer pleasant comfort in the countryside, integrated into the mini-village of Kalo Nero.

In the upper apartment, the spacious terrace is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the stunning sea view. In the lower apartment, the outdoor area is even larger, with Mediterranean flowers blooming and antique jugs serving as decorative elements.

The country-style kitchens in both holiday apartments are bright and well equipped. The living area with fireplace is open and connects directly to the dining area and the kitchen. The two bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the built-in cupboards and the designer bathroom is decorated in soft earthy colours.

In the near vicinity, there are several picturesque, secluded bathing bays, and water sports are offered in Makrigialos. The monastery of Moni Kapsa, with the hermit cave, is within walking distance and the impressive Pervolakia gorge, which can be crossed in a hike of several hours, is located just below.
