This spacious holiday apartment in Ferma on the south coast of Crete, in the coastal town of Ferma, which is not yet overrun by tourists, is ideal for a low-cost family holiday. The first-floor apartment has a total of three bedrooms: one double room with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one room with a single bed. The apartment is simply but functionally furnished and offers a beautiful sea view from the balcony. There is also a rustic, brick outdoor barbecue, air conditioning, internet and television. The kitchen offers a few extras such as a kettle, microwave and sandwich maker.

Since there is no road directly passing the house, it is very quiet and the children have plenty of space to play. Just a few minutes’ walk away is a very beautiful beach, perfect for snorkelling. Quaint taverns and a mini market are also within walking distance. However, a rental car is already included in the price, which can be used to quickly reach the surrounding attractions.
