The Iasmos Apartments are our third residence in Paleochora and enjoy a prime location right on the beach.

The houses are located on the western peninsula, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. This perfect location leaves no excuse for not taking a few laps in the crystal-clear water in the morning, after which you can get fresh bread and cheese pies (typical for this region) from the bakery for breakfast, which you can then enjoy on the balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Iasmos has five apartments, three spacious studios that can sleep up to three people and two maisonettes for up to four people. Both accommodation types are very stylish and comfortably furnished and have a lovely balcony with a view of the sea stretching to the horizon.

The spacious studios are comfortably furnished with a cosy seating area, two single beds or a double bed, kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, safe and bathroom.

The maisonettes are furnished on the lower floor like the studios, but have an additional beautiful bedroom on the upper floor.

The beach location of Iasmos makes it possible to dip your toes in the water in one minute and stroll to the nearest taverna in three minutes. This is exactly what is so beautiful about Paleochora – everything is within easy reach, even on foot. You can easily walk from one end of the village to the other and regular boats give you the opportunity to explore much of the south coast of Crete: Elafonissi, Sougia, Agia Roumeli or the Samaria Gorge. If you prefer to explore the area on foot, there are countless hiking trails in the surrounding area. And the rental car included in the price of the holiday gives you the opportunity to visit not only Chania but also the typical villages and discover the breathtaking landscape of this region even more intensively.
