Cretan hospitality awaits you in our newly renovated Manolis holiday apartments!

The small complex on the south coast of Crete is a typical family-run business, i.e. each family member has their role and as a guest you will feel right at home in the Cretan family!

Manolis, father and head of the house, watches over all his guests with Argus eyes to ensure that they are happy and satisfied and enjoys drinking a glass of his home-brewed Rakis with them in the evening.

The apartments are extremely spacious, with a bedroom containing a double bed, air conditioning and access to the very large balcony, which you can also access from the living area. The comfortable sofas in the living room can also be used as additional sleeping accommodation, so up to six people can stay in one of the holiday apartments.

The kitchenette is fully equipped so you can cater for yourself and the bathroom has either a shower or a bath.

Down in the garden, the large communal pool is our guests’ favourite place, right after the beach of course! Sun loungers and parasols are provided!

It’s wonderful to swim a few laps in the early morning and then have breakfast on the balcony! Is there a better way to start the day? But of course there is also plenty to discover in the surrounding area! First of all, there is the beach and the crystal-clear sea! Sunbeds and sunshades are available, so you can enjoy the shade all day long! You can also stop by one of the quaint beach taverns in Plakias or how about a Greek coffee or a delicious ice cream! You can sit there for hours and watch the world go by. Although Plakias is no longer an insider tip, the hustle and bustle, noise and mass tourism are still foreign words here!

There are many secluded coves in the area, very attractive hiking trails and gorges, the monastery of Preveli and the palm-lined beach of the same name are practically around the corner, and the lively Venetian port of Rethymnon, with the romantic lanes of its old town, is just 40 minutes away in your hire car.
