Beautiful apartment complex by the sea

The small, Mediterranean-style holiday complex “Nicolas” is situated in a dreamlike location with a sea view; breathtaking sunsets are on the daily program here.

Twelve lovingly furnished units are spread over the extensive grounds, each one individual and special. The studios are suitable for couples, you can choose between a double bed or two single beds. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed, and two more people can sleep on the sofa beds in the living area.

In the maisonette, a wooden staircase leads to the upper level. Suitable for 4 people.

All units are equipped so that you can cater for yourselves. In the kitchen there is a two-burner hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and the necessary cooking utensils. However, there is also the option of being pampered by Eleni’s cooking on the pool terrace. She is a great cook and especially the breakfast is prepared generously and lovingly.

The large pool with a diving board is not only suitable for splashing around, you can also swim laps here because it is very large. The little ones can enjoy themselves in the children’s pool.

Below the Nicolas Apartments is a small beach that is used almost exclusively by our guests. You can reach it via a staircase that has been specially carved into the rock.

Active vacationers will also find something to keep them busy here, be it a guided dive from the nearby diving center, or a trip by yacht to the uninhabited island of Chrissi, or exciting hikes through the fascinating gorges of the Dikti Mountains, or exploring the exciting history of the Minoans at the interesting archaeological sites, or simply strolling through the colorful shops in Ierapetra and then enjoying a glass of Greek wine on the promenade.
