Nicolas Studio

Our small Mediterranean-style resort “Nicolas” is located in a fantastic sea view location, breathtaking sunsets are on the daily program here.

Twelve lovingly furnished accommodation units are spread over the extensive property, each one is individual and special. The studios are suitable for couples – you can choose between a double bed or two single beds.

The Nicolas Studios are equipped so that you can cater for yourself. They are simply and functionally furnished, but have everything you need for your vacation. The studios’ kitchenettes are fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and the necessary cooking utensils. However, you also have the option of being pampered by Eleni’s culinary skills on the pool terrace. She is an excellent cook and especially the breakfast is prepared with love and is very rich. The studios also have air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet and shower, internet and TV. All studios have a balcony or terrace, some with sea or garden view.

The large pool with a diving board is not only suitable for splashing around, you can also swim laps here because it is very large. The little ones can enjoy themselves in the children’s pool.

Below the Nicolas Apartments is a small beach that is used almost exclusively by our guests. You can reach it via a staircase that has been specially carved into the rock.

Even active vacationers will find something to keep them occupied here, whether it’s guided dives from the nearby diving center, a trip by yacht to the uninhabited island of Chrissi, exciting hikes through the fascinating gorges of the Dikti Mountains, exploring the exciting history of the Minoans at the interesting archaeological sites, or simply strolling through the colorful shops in Ierapetra and enjoy a glass of Greek wine on the promenade.
