Philoxenia Studio

Our beautiful Philoxenia Studios are located in Kastri, a sunny area in southern Crete, away from mass tourism and just a few steps from the beach.

A total of six studios and one apartment are warmly managed by Kaliopi, the landlady. She takes very friendly care of her guests, making everyone fall in love with her.

The functional and clean holiday apartments are equipped with everything you need. They are suitable for two people, with a third bed available for a child at no extra charge. There is a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals, and you can enjoy your meals while looking out over the sea on your own terrace or balcony. But there are also quaint taverns in the neighbourhood where you can sit right on the waterline. The people in Kastri and Keratokampos are very friendly and before you know it, you will suddenly have a few Greek friends!

The sea is crystal clear, as it is almost everywhere in southern Crete, the beaches are never overcrowded, and everyone can find a quiet corner! But there are plenty of other things to do too! If you like hiking, you have a good selection of interesting hiking trails with great views. Fascinating rock formations are perfect for souvenir photos. For the more adventurous, there are fascinating caves to explore!
