Our comfortable seaside villa is located in Koutsouras on the south coast of Crete, just 50 metres from the beach. On the lower floor there is a beautiful apartment (55 sqm) with one bedroom, while the spacious apartment (85 sqm) on the upper floor has two bedrooms, an additional sofa bed and a guest toilet. Both holiday apartments are well equipped (including TV, internet, air conditioning), are very sunny due to the many windows and have a large living room, kitchen and bathroom – ideal for families. A highlight, in addition to the proximity to the beach, is the large garden with a vegetable garden and barbecue pavilion. The popular resort of Makrigialos is only three kilometres away and numerous attractions such as Vai or Kato Zakros can be quickly reached with the rental car included in the holiday price.
