This accommodation is truly a little paradise and lives up to its name! The small, beautiful house is 60 square metres in size and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed, thus providing space for a 5th person. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed. There is also a large sun terrace with seating and a fantastic sea view. The house is also ideal for families with children. You will also find a parking space for your rental car, which is included in the price, on the property. The house is of course air-conditioned and offers internet access. From the house, a path leads directly to the beach in a few minutes. When you come back from swimming, you can take a refreshing shower under the outdoor shower.

Ferma is a small, quiet village in the southeast of Crete. In addition to a lot of peace and quiet, you will also find a small mini-market and a few taverns here. Ferma is also an ideal starting point for excursions, because there is a lot to discover and experience in all directions. Numerous small, beautiful beaches and bays await you here, as do rustic mountain villages and taverns, gorges, harbour promenades and small to large towns. All of them are well worth seeing and always worth a visit. The southeast is diverse and magical, the people are hospitable and authentic.
