Our Simon Apartments are located just across the coastal road from the beach. The sea view from your own terrace is wonderful and the centre of Sitia can be reached in ten minutes on foot. Ideal for all holidaymakers who do not want to spend all their time on the beach, but would rather go for a stroll or visit the nice restaurants and taverns at the harbour in the evening. The deluxe studios are very tastefully and well thought out furnished – for example, a small ironing board and iron are built into the kitchen cupboard. The beautiful studios (35 square metres) have a visually separate sleeping area with a double bed, a comfortable seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony, a safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with a flat screen and free internet.

The particularly friendly and young staff, who make the guests’ stay as pleasant as possible, are also very positive. With the rental car included in the tour price, you can discover the surrounding bays and visit attractions such as the palm beach of Vai or Kato Zakros.
