‘Villa Paradisos 1’ is one of five unique holiday homes set within a large estate.

Built on one level with approx. 100 sqm of living space, the villa is suitable for up to 5 people. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen-diner is furnished with beautiful furniture. The two bedrooms also have their own distinctive style. An extra bed for a fifth person can be added to the larger bedroom. The house has two bathrooms.

All rooms in the villa have air conditioning; the windows are double-glazed and can be further secured with blinds and mosquito screens.

The shaded veranda is a small green oasis with a private L-shaped leisure pool (6.50m x 4.50m x 1.00m, gently sloping) and invites you to enjoy your most memorable holiday.

Manolis Pachakis is the owner and builder of this delightful property. He enjoys working with natural stone, which he has lovingly and artistically incorporated into the outdoor areas as well as the houses.

In his outdoor kitchen with veranda, Manolis takes great pleasure in preparing Greek delicacies for you from time to time or inviting you to a barbecue evening.

This beautiful complex is also home to a few chickens (for fresh eggs), special ornamental birds in an aviary and the pony ‘Marianna’.

In the village of Pitsidia, there are excellent tavernas, mini-markets and shops where you can find everything you need for your holiday.

The famous golden Komos Beach is just a few minutes away; it stretches for 2 km and is 40 m wide in places. A highlight for many holidaymakers are the sea turtles that lay their eggs in the sand at Komos Beach, from which the little Caretta Caretta hatchlings then emerge.
