Cosy holiday home with a lovely garden

Our small, cosy holiday home, Spiti Xenia, is located near Ierapetra, the southernmost town in Europe. The nearest beach is just about 400 metres away, and you’ll find the first charming tavern serving delicious Cretan cuisine just as close by. The town centre, with its good shopping, a lively promenade and numerous cafés and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A hire car is included in the price of your stay, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the many beautiful beaches along the south coast.

Despite its central location, our Spiti Xenia (55 sqm), with its beautiful garden and numerous fruit trees, offers plenty of peace and privacy – perfect for a romantic holiday for two, but also for a small family. The property is fenced – ideal for children, with plenty of space to play – and not visible from the outside. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom perfect as a children’s room, a living room, a bathroom and a covered terrace. Naturally, a BBQ is available. The master bedroom and living area are air-conditioned.
